Nobody Expected These Missions in Vice City

Tommy Vercetti returns to Vice City a few months after the fall of the Forelli family. Since the police had taken away all his businesses, he comes back determined to rebuild with the help of his lawyer, Ken Rosenberg. At the airport, Tommy meets a new person who shows him around the city, which has changed a lot in his absence. Finally, this person takes Tommy to a rented apartment near the gas station at Ocean Beach. Soon after, Tommy meets Arty, his assistant, who explains the current situation of their lost businesses. Tommy gathers his team and heads to the ice cream factory, which is now under Forelli control. Together, they take back the factory and restore it as part of Tommy’s empire. Back at the apartment, Tommy receives a phone call from an unknown man. The caller explains that a previous mission was left incomplete—the target is still alive. Tommy accepts the task, sneaks into the suspect’s property, and spots him. A chase begins through the streets, ending at the Ocean Beach hotel. Tommy completes the mission there and quietly leaves the area, marking his strong return to Vice City.
